This is recommended for a single day trip in the tropics. For multi-day trips, include additional items for personal use as needed and increase the number as well as these additional items. Take what is necessary for the amount of days you will be on your trip unless laundry service is available at your destination. Again this is just a checklist to help you plan for your trip. Not all items on this list are required for each trip as some trips include many of these items.

Tent
Sleeping bag
Sleeping pad
Cot
