Sunday was the perfect day to be out on the Yakima. I took my Dad out for a float in my new drift boat and tried to teach him a bit about fly fishing. It's was great fishing with clear skies and warm sun. We saw a couple fish boil on the surface and missed a lot of fish subsurface. We got one in the boat and she was beautiful! I am starting to think trout! Before long we will be wading creeks in shorts up in the passes!
