With decades of experience as a professional in the sport of fly fishing, Dave has traveled the world as an angler, photographer and wild fish steward. Whether you choose to spend your time with Dave or another of our exceptional staff, you’ll have access to all of the experience the EWA team brings to the table.
Fly casting is the single most important and broadly used skill in our sport. Being proficient will enhance your experience beyond words and we are here to assist in elevating your skills.

We offer a variety of fly tying classes from multi-day progression classes for beginner to private instruction as well as group tying events such as Bug's and Brew's and Tie One On.

This school is for those wanting to better understand how to safely operate a boat with oars on moving water. Whether it is a single person pontoon, raft or drift boat, we will cover basic oar strokes, reading water for speed, depth and direction and creating navigational plans for multiple move, technical pieces of water.
