Our EWA Cancellation Policy for Seattle based trips.

While we hate to do it, we have to put this in writing and hope that we don’t ever have to discuss or enforce it.

During our high season from January to end of October, we are at times booked out a couple months in advance for most of our trips. By reserving a date we will turn business away for that date on the assumption it is already spoken for.

We fish when tired and exhausted, in the rain, snow, sleet or shine. If we feel unable to deliver the caliber of experience we are accustomed to providing we will cancel a trip under those circumstances with a full refund. Otherwise we plan on fishing!

- If WE reschedule you - WE will be in contact with you to set a new day to fish.
- If YOU reschedule us - YOU need to contact us to set new day to fish.

We require FULL payment on all trips, classes and schools to be considered booked unless other arrangements with a manager have been made.
